I first came across UKPS approximately 2 years ago when I became a manager of a building site with many maintenance issues! I was introduced to UKPS when we had a big project involving leak detection, cladding removal, remedials and paintwork. UKPS is without a doubt the first point of call for us whenever we need help with emergency repairs, re-decoration, planned maintenance, waste removal, gardening, roofing, general maintenance, etc.. UKPS are highly reliable and courteous. They have a team of multi-skilled workers, all of whom are friendly and hardworking people. Since working with UKPS I've introduced them to many other property managers across the southwest who now also lean on them heavily when in need! UKPS have been our heroes time and time again. I have been working with Patrick and the company for nearly 2 years now on the large portfolio of a mix of student housing and blocks. They have done work from small maintenance works all the way through to full refurbishment of several houses. They have a great trustworthy team and always go above and beyond, the refurbishment works came in on time and in budget and with several other houses being done at the same time by other companies the properties assigned to UK Property Service were the only ones to not have any snagging or long-term issues, I would not hesitate to recommend their skills in this area.
